    Carrier Negotiations – We negotiate carrier agreements to insure rate parity and provide competitive comparisons that provide specific lane rate value. This service can be provided as part of the Transportation Management offering, or as a support function of a client’s existing carrier base.

  Carrier Rate Maintenance – Secured agreements are maintained, along with carrier contracts, to insure that deviations, increases and accessorial charges are being charged properly.

  Freight Bill Audit and Payment – As part of the carrier maintenance agreements, CLS employs systematic audit and payment tools that can improve payment cycle time, reduce auditing errors and provide metric reports to document the results.

  Carrier Compliance – We work with our clients to establish and systematize key performance measurements specific to their needs. Our carrier compliance programs measure and enforce the business rules defined by the specific arrangement. 

  Comprehensive Carrier Management – CLS’ Carrier Management solution consolidates all the above services into a uniform program that is available as a stand-alone application that eases the administrative burden on our clients’ core logistics management structure, or as part of an all-inclusive Logistics / Transportation Management solution. The same methodology can also be applied as part of our Consulting offering to provide our clients with a “carrier neutral”, honest evaluation of their carrier base.
